We can supply material from all leading manufacturers ex Stock Graphite sheets. Graphite Gaskets are used in steam pipes of power plants or in industrial plants with a wide variety of high-temperature media. It is chemically very resistant to a pH range of 0-14.
Pure graphite strips are suitable for fast and flexible sealing solution for a wide variety of flange geometries. We can supply the strips knurled or smooth, self-adhesive or non-self-adhesive. Furthermore, camprofile gaskets can be re-covered.

A CAM profile gasket consist of a metallic core with machined concentric grooves.
Both sides are produced with layers of either graphite or PTFE. However also metallic (non-ferro) layers of pure silver or aluminum can be produced. All dimensions in a wide variety of materials are possible. Non-standard equipment gaskets can be manufactured up to a diameter of 6000 mm. EN 10204 - 3.1 certificates can be delivered on request, as well as NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 conformity statement.

The application in pipelines and apparatus for the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas production or transport as well as in valves and pumps has been proven for many decades Spiral Gaskets (SWG’s) are widely used as high integrity and sustainable gaskets. The sealing element is manufactured from preformed, V-shaped metallic windings with intermediate soft sealing fillers. Most used filler materials are Graphite and PTFE. Due to the gasket construction, SWG’s offer high compressibility and recovery. SWG’s can be provided with an inner and outer guide ring, only with an inner ring, only with an outer guide ring or finally with a sealing element only. SWG’s are normally manufactured according to particular customer drawings, or by given sizes. Gaskets can be manufactured in a thickness of 2,5/3,2/4,5/6,4/7,2 mm. Different materials are available.
